Boiler Servicing
All Hulme hall heating engineers are gas safe registered and trained to carry out the annual service of your gas central heating boiler.
Having your central heating boiler serviced annually can reduce the risk of having unexpected problems with the boilers performance, or even breakdown. A comprehensive check on the appliance will determine if the boiler is performing efficiently and safely and could identify any future issues the boiler.
After each service we provide a service certificate and complete any benchmark requirements supplied by the manufacturer.
Safety Checks
It is a legal requirement for landlords to have a gas safety report completed on rented properties every year.
Hulme hall heating engineers are Gas safe registered and fully qualified to complete the required CP12 certification. All gas appliances, flues and the gas installation are checked and a copy of the certificate is left with both the landlord and tenant.
Completing an annual gas safety inspection gives peace of mind to both the landlord and Tennant that any gas appliances in the property are working correctly and safely.
